Concept Shapers is one of the very few private sector companies who offer Pre-compliance
EMI testing services
to test Radiated Emissions (RE) and Conducted Emissions (CE).
Concept Shapers has built its own radiation proof chamber of the size 2Mx3.2Mx2.5M,
where tests as per MIL-STD-462 can be conducted to check emission compliance as
per MIL-STD-461 limit lines.
In addition to the above, Concept Shapers is equipped with EMI/Heat Scanner by Detectus
AB which can be used to sniff real time radiations from components/systems having
dimensions 600 (W) x 400 (D) x 400 (H). The readings can be plotted in time as well
as frequency domain.
Concept Shapers not only tests for Radiations and Conducted Emissions, but also
suggest solutions for problems found in the system during the testing. We have access
to world class shielding components which are available to solve the trickiest of
problems in Electromagnetics.
